Standard Building tour
We are sharing some pictures from a tour of the Standard Building that took place today as part of Dunedin Heritage Weekend.
Developer and owner of the Standard Building in Princes St, Ted Daniels, gave so much of his time for a full rundown through photos of his journey to bring this building up to spec while acknowledging and retaining the heritage features of the building fabric.
Then on the top floor, Ted and his wife live in a stunning modern apartment and overlooking Queens Park and surrounding skyline.
The biggest surprise was to move through the back of the building to a three-bedroom apartment development that Ted is working on.
