In partnership with the Southern Heritage Trust, Dunedin Public Libraries is pleased to host a series of inspirational talks on the third Wednesday of the month throughout the year, exploring visions of Dunedin’s past, present and perhaps more importantly, its future.

JUNE’S SPEAKER: Seán Brosnahan - Looking Back: Making and Remaking Dunedin 'Vision' usually implies a forward-looking approach for planning or big picture thinking. Seán says that’s really not his strong suit. He is a backwards-looking person, both by inclination and in his professional practice as a curator and historian. So for his contribution to this series he will offer a few snapshots of the city’s past and look at how our forebears made and remade the place we know as Dunedin.

The Southern Heritage Trust AGM precedes the talk. Light refreshments will be served from 5.40pm

Wednesday 30th June, 6pm Dunningham Suite, 4th floor, Dunedin City Library
