Join us for a special members-only visit to 470 Moray Place, a historic Victorian building now undergoing an ambitious adaptive reuse.
The building is being restored and redeveloped, with plans for apartments, offices and a new penthouse, along with seismic, accessibility and fire upgrades.
Number 470 is round the corner on Moray Place adjoining renovated apartments opposite Burlington Street and First Church. The building is intact and displays a DCC heritage fund sign. It is a work in progress, therefore places on this visit are limited to 8.
No door sales. Please note this visit is for financial members of the Southern Heritage Trust only.
