Fantastic Fossil Treasures of the Geology Museum on display. Draw a picture, colour in a paleo-poster or take a photo of your favourite fossil.
Come and listen to stories about these amazing fossils from all around the South Island – everything from whales and dolphins, penguins and sharks to corals and brachiopods, ammonites and sea urchins. Touch some fossil leaves from Foulden Maar. And learn how to print some of your own 3D fossils.
No need to book, but come at either 11am or 12 noon.
Accessible entrance off Leith Street, opposite St Margaret’s College.
