Broad Bay - Whaka Oho Rahi Looking Back, Moving Forward Exhibition
An exhibition highlighting the heritage of the area runs from Friday 20th October to Sunday 29th October 2023. Entry: Gold Coin donation.

2023 is a year of note for Broad Bay: 175 years since the official European settlement of the area, 100 years since the Boat Club was founded, and 75 years since the Polish Church was moved here. The Broad Bay Community Centre will host a display of images, models, artifacts and stories charting the history of Broad Bay through its people, places and institutions and showing new developments in the area.
